Gotta admit that is one of the best wheel stands by a non wheel stand car, i can only imagine what was going throug your mind and underware!!!

i love that super stock look too.

406 SBC/NA Turbo 400, 10in tire, cal-tracs, 3400lbs all steel except hood, full interior looks like a street car

It now has a 416cu in LS, Fast 92, NW TB, BS3, Hyd roller, pump gas setup

I've got a friend who had a 66 Chevelle (long since sold it) that did that at the track right after he got his drag license. He made the mistake of lifting off the throttle too quickly, broke one of the lower a-arms and crushed the lower header pipes on both sides. The only plus side was that it got him the cover of one of the major mags (Don't remember which one) several years ago.

All I've got to say is, "Isn't it time for some wheelie bars???"
