Default Not a Camaro part, but poss a 66 Nova L79?

Buddy and I just picked up two old junkyard camaros, a 67 and a 68.
He was ready to start tearing into them when I told him to hold up and lets run some numbers when I saw the 68 had a 12 bolt under it with the radius rod bracket.

The engine was a late 350, but the carb and heads code out to a 66 Nova L79 (or more accurately the carb does and the heads could have been in any HiPo, vette etc, but the dates line up and are likely that they came off the same engine as the carb).

Looks like July 4, 1966 if I am reading the date code correct.

IF I am correct that is.

Any input from any Nova guys here?

What's this guy worth?

Rich

like you said it is the L79 Nova carb, and I would think if it's rebuildable it would be worth a fair amount to a resto guy needing the correct carb. Possibly ask over here:

I forgot all about Steve's Nova Site. I'll try there.
At Team Chevelle they said Nova only.

Thanks for the heads up.
